By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing your order.

General

• All commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• Credit must be given if the artwork is posted online.
• Do not claim, edit, or resell my work without permission.

Payment

• Payment is required upfront, via the agreed payment method (e.g., PayPal).
• Prices are subject to change based on complexity or additional requests.
• No refunds after the sketch has been approved.

Process

• I will provide a sketch for approval before continuing to the final artwork.
• Minor revisions are allowed at the sketch stage. Major changes after approval may incur extra charges.
• Turnaround time varies (typically 1-4 weeks). You will be notified of any delays.

Usage

• You may post the commissioned artwork online with credit.
• Do not use the artwork for NFTs, AI training, or commercial products unless discussed.
• I may post the artwork in my portfolio or on social media (unless requested otherwise).
